We collect information to provide better services and continually improve your Exactify experience. We collect information in the following ways:
Exactify uses cookies. Cookies are small unique identifier files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables us to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us track and process the items you are working on. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

One of the powerful features of Exactify is the ability to share information and collaborate as a team. Remember to discuss with your team what level of sharing is appropriate, and what the communication and privacy expectations are inside your organization.
Depending on your account settings, organization(s), and how you choose to share your information with other users of the system, the system may display the information and communications you share to the users you specify.

If you are using an account as part of an organization, such employee using a business account related to your employer, then information concerning your organization account may be accessible to that organization.
We are not responsible for the actions of Third-Party Products or other third parties, nor are we responsible for any additional information you provide directly to any third parties.
You can manage the content you connect to and share through the Account Settings section when you are logged in.
We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others, including those described above. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted, unless we no longer need the data to provide products and services.
You can delete your account any time. When you delete your Exactify account, we delete information you have connected, uploaded, stored, as well as your copies of items you have sent or received. We also deactivate and delete all your connections to Third Party Products. To learn more about deactivating or deleting your account, go to Account Settings.
Keep in mind that information that you shared with other users may still be available to them as part of their account if, for example, they have made a copy, forward, or derivative work of it in their account.
Our site and Services may contain links to other sites. If you choose to follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites may have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the websites or their policies.
We work hard to protect your information. We employ appropriate physical, procedural and technological security measures, which are reasonably designed to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect, impenetrable, or guaranteed against interception or other type of misuse.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to ‘Log Out' when finished using a shared computer.
All payment transactions are processed through our third-party payment processing provider and no credit card information is stored on our servers.
Exactify is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@exactify.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.
You may review, correct and delete certain information about you by logging in to the Service and navigating to "My Profile." You may also disconnect a connected Third-Party Product at any time (e.g. your email service). You should understand, however, that if you shared data with other users, you may not be able to change or remove copies they have made, or derivative versions they have created (e.g. an email reply or forward).
Upon your request, we will delete your Account and remove your data as soon as reasonably possible. We may retain information about deleted Accounts in order to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations of any user, enforce our Terms of Service, and/or for any other purposes otherwise permitted by law that we deem necessary in our sole discretion. Once your Account is deleted, you agree that we will not be responsible to you for retaining information related to your Account.
Promotional Communications. You may "opt out" of receiving marketing or promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those emails or by emailing us at support@exactify.com. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Our computer systems are currently based in the United States, so your personal data will be processed by us in the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union. If you create an Account with us as a visitor from outside the United States, by using Exactify, you agree to this Policy and you consent to the transfer of all such information to the United States, which may not offer a level of protection equivalent to that required in the European Union or certain other countries, and to the processing of that information as described in this Policy.
If you choose to visit Exactify.com and/or use our Services, your visit and usage and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Washington.
Exactify will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. When we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post the changes on this page, and update the Privacy Policy modification date at the top of this page. We may also send periodic email reminders of our policies and conditions, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes.
